25 Years: Get to Know Doug Kinsman
Doug Kinsman, Senior Estimator – Pre-Construction, has been a key member of the R.P. Marzilli team for 25 years. With a background in landscape design and architecture, Doug brings a deep understanding of the industry and the ability to juggle multiple complex bids at once.
One of Doug’s most memorable projects is a property that was originally built by our team in 2011. Over a decade later, he returned to bid on renovations for new homeowners—bringing the space full circle with updated hardscape, softscape, and a new vegetable garden.
When Doug first joined the R.P. Marzilli team, he was impressed with the operation here.
