BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER:
Award winning Medway based landscape construction /masonry contractor specializing in large residential projects seeks business operations manager. Responsibilities include oversight of all internal departments including AP/AR, material procurement, job cost analysis, billing, monitoring project managers progress and profitability on jobs, support owner and general manager on project scheduling and forecasting.
A minimum of 10 years field/office experience in the landscape construction industry is required. Strong computer and financial background a plus. Excellent salary and benefit package.
PROJECT MANAGER:
We are seeking project managers who are self-motivated with 5 plus years experience in construction management and a proven track record in landscape construction. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must. Responsibilities consist of overseeing multiple large-scale projects from beginning to end including material purchasing, site development, project layout, crew supervision, masonry installation, planting, etc.
PROJECT FOREMAN:
Working foreman needed for large-scale residential projects. A strong background in masonry construction, layout, site excavation, hoisting / hydraulics license and plant material is required.
ESTIMATOR:
A self-motivated, experienced estimator is needed for our large-scale residential landscape projects. Quality and accuracy must be your highest priorities. 5 years minimum estimating experience is required.
